So I have this friend, Michael. He's a knight -- like the kind you find in story books. All right, his day job is a carpenter, but he also went out and fought all kinds of monsters. And he's married, and has a bunch of kids. His wife, Charity, she's a stay at home mother. No real connection to the supernatural at all. I knew she was strong -- you don't raise good kids like theirs without being strong, especially when Michael keeps odd hours, and is in a dangerous line of work.

But, last summer, when their eldest daughter got kidnapped by fairies when Michael was out on one of his missions, she just strapped on armor with the rest of us and went into the heart of Faerie to get her back. Didn't matter that she wasn't a wizard or have anything special. She just did it.

I guess, what I'm trying to say is that there are many kinds of strength. Just because you don't go out and save the world doesn't mean you aren't strong.
